High-performance laser printer designed for heavy workloads. Features duplex printing and robust security options, suitable for large businesses.
Check that your HP printer is set as the default and ensure it’s connected to Wi-Fi. Restart your router and printer. In Windows, go to "Devices and Printers" and right-click to select “Use Printer Online.”
Use the HP printer software to run the “Clean Printhead” tool. Open the software, navigate to “Maintenance,” and select “Clean Printheads.” If still clogged, use warm distilled water to gently clean manually.
Go to HP’s official support website, enter your model number, and download the latest driver. Install it and restart your printer to resolve connectivity or printing errors caused by outdated drivers.
Turn off the printer and remove all paper trays. Gently pull out jammed paper. Use a flashlight to check inside the printer. Reload paper correctly and restart the printer to clear the alert.
On most HP models, press the Wireless + Cancel buttons for 10 seconds to reset. You can also reset from the touchscreen: go to Setup > Network Settings > Restore Defaults.
Run the "Deep Cleaning" tool from the Canon printer software. If that fails, remove the cartridge and clean the printhead manually using a lint-free cloth and warm water.
Use the Wi-Fi button or screen on the printer. Choose your network, enter the password. On some models, use Canon’s mobile app to streamline the process with WPS connection.
Go to “System Preferences” > “Printers & Scanners.” Delete and re-add your Canon printer. Ensure it’s powered on and connected. Reset print system if needed and check for driver updates.
The B200 error indicates a printhead problem. Remove and reinstall ink cartridges. Turn off printer for 10 minutes. If issue persists, try replacing the printhead or seek service support.
Use maintenance mode (Service Tool software) to reset the ink pad counter. If pads are full, open the printer and clean or replace them manually with gloves and cotton cloths.
Press Menu > Network > WLAN > Setup Wizard. Choose your network and enter the password. For stubborn models, reset network settings and update firmware before reconnecting.
Turn off printer and remove toner. Reinstall it carefully, ensuring the chip is clean and aligned. Use genuine Brother toner to avoid chip compatibility issues with the printer firmware.
If prints are faded, clean the drum and check toner levels. Use the built-in “Drum Cleaning” tool via the printer menu. Replace the drum unit if streaks persist after cleaning.
Press “Clear” on the panel, then “1” to confirm. Or open the front cover, press and hold “Go” until all LEDs light up, then release. This resets the drum counter manually.
Download the Brother Firmware Update Tool from their official site. Run it with the printer connected via USB or Wi-Fi. This fixes bugs and improves print performance.
Run the “Nozzle Check” and “Head Cleaning” from Epson software. If no improvement, remove and shake cartridges. Ensure the color profiles are correct in your print settings.
Use genuine Epson ink bottles. Turn off the printer and open the tank cover. Slowly refill each tank to the marked line. Wipe spills immediately and close all caps tightly after refilling.
Reinstall Epson printer software from the official site. On Windows, check if Epson Status Monitor is enabled under "Printer Preferences." Ensure the printer is connected and not paused.
Fan and reload the paper. Clean feed rollers with a lint-free cloth and rubbing alcohol. Avoid overfilling the tray. Use standard, good-quality paper for best feeding performance.
Use the Control Panel: Setup > Restore Default Settings > All Settings. Confirm the prompt. The printer will reboot with default network and settings restored.
First, check cables and Wi-Fi connection. Restart the printer and your computer. Clear the print queue, and make sure the right printer is selected in system settings.
Inkjet printers are best for photos and occasional printing. Laser printers offer lower cost per page for text-heavy work. Consider wireless models with mobile app support.
Change the default password on your printer’s admin panel. Use WPA2 Wi-Fi encryption and disable remote printing if unused. Keep firmware updated to prevent vulnerabilities.
Open "Services" in Windows, find “Print Spooler,” right-click to Restart. Clear stuck jobs in the “C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS” folder. Reinstall printer drivers if issues persist.
Use draft mode for internal documents. Print in grayscale to save color. Avoid unnecessary full-page graphics. Use “Print Preview” to skip extra pages before printing large docs.
